  • Dinner - one average according to the sizes fresh carrot, 100 grams of cheese, one egg
  • Supper - fruits and the container of the usual kefir

In contrast to other diets - there are no special limitations on the liquid (except fruit unnatural juices) - are permitted the mineral water, and all types of tea and coffee (without sugar).
